Product-discovery information
When you use a product-discovery page, Covari may collect your work email, your optional answer about the sourcing problem, your contact permission, and campaign attribution such as source, campaign, creative, and audience labels. We use that information to respond to your request, understand which product proposition prompted the conversation, operate the service, and prevent abuse.
Service providers and advertising measurement
Covari uses service providers for hosting, storage, analytics, communications, and campaign measurement. The advertising measurement described here is limited to US product-discovery campaigns. For visitors arriving from an X campaign, Covari may load the X Pixel by default. X may use cookies and process the page visited plus device, browser, network, and advertising identifiers to measure conversions and support interest-based advertising.
Covari’s X conversion events contain only an event identifier and a random conversion ID. They do not include your email, form response, filenames, drawings, or uploaded file contents.
Your choices
You can opt out of advertising measurement from the site footer notice, or resume measurement later from the same place. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals also prevent Covari from loading the X Pixel. You can review X’s privacy policy and advertising privacy controls.
US business visitor identification
On eligible US public pages, Covari uses RB2B visitor-identification technology to understand which businesses and business professionals are interested in our services. RB2B may use cookies and process the current and referring page, device and browser signals, and identifiers used for business identity resolution. Covari may use resolved business information for sales follow-up.
We do not load RB2B outside the United States or on private customer, supplier, login, checkout, admin, provider-offer, or RFQ workspace routes. You can use the RB2B opt-out at any time. The full visitor-identification notice remains available in Covari’s Terms.
